See David Allen’s lecture Google on Getting Things Done (GTD).
Skip the first 12 minutes.
A good orientation for those wondering what all the hoopla is.
Do you think the day will come when there will be GTD compliant ministry teams?

Well I hope it doesn’t become like that Ezzo parenting stuff, or like owning a Mac, where the people who DO sneer at the people who don’t. But as one who has just this week begun to implement GTD, I think it is terrific.

I’ve certainly found it helpful but have also fallen off the wagon a bit with it – this lecture touches on how to get back on.

If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:
http://www.Gtdagenda.com
You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.
